Question 1

How long does it take to make a course?

Accepted Answer

Most courses are ready in just a few minutes. A short course with full video and narration usually takes around 10 minutes, and you can watch each part get built as it happens.

Question 2

Can I change what it creates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In step-by-step mode you see the outline before anything is made: rename, reorder, add or remove modules and lessons, regenerate any you don’t like, and attach your own documents to a lesson. You choose the voice and the presenter. Once a lesson has been made, its video, slides and quiz can’t yet be edited by hand.

Question 3

Where can I share or publish my course?

Accepted Answer

You can download your course as video or PDF, publish the videos to YouTube, or send it straight to the learning platforms schools and companies already use — like Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard.

Question 4

What languages can it use?

Accepted Answer

Courses can be created and narrated in over 50 languages, with the audio and subtitles translated for you automatically.

Question 5

Can I use this for training my team at work?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Teams use CourseIO for new-hire onboarding, workplace training, and staff skills. Your courses stay private to your organization.

Question 6

Is my information safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your content is protected with strong, bank-level security, kept private to your team, and never sold or used to train other companies’ AI.
